CaAres.Org Registration | | Member RegistrationTo sign up on CaAres.Org, your EC must first create an account for
your county. After that has been approved, you will find your county in the
drop down list. Fill out all fields and your secret County Password.
You will be sent an email containing a link, click this link to
verify your email address. Your EC will approve or deny your account. We ask
EC's to verify that you are applying for an account via a phone call. Once you
are verified and your EC has approved your account, you will be sent an email
with your login information.
The secret County Password is a password set by your EC. This
secret password is different for each county. It allows users to register on
their own while at the same time keeping non ARES members from applying. The
County EC also has the ability to disable registration for thier County. If
you do not see your county in the list then you might need to ask your EC to
enable the registration.EC RegistrationRegistering a county with CaAres.Org is the County EC's job. To
sign up, select EC from the links on the left. The
EC has to set up County specific passwords, and other information, before
members can sign up. To make this process secure the SEC for the county you are
applying for must also approve your account. We also ask that SEC's verify that
you applied for the accont via a phone call. You will receive your login
information in an email once your account is approved.

and type in the name of your county. Only Sections excepting new counties will
appear. If you do not see your Section then you may need to contact your SEC
and ask them to enable county registration.DEC RegistrationTo register as a DEC, click the DEC link on the left and fill out
the form. To make this process secure the SEC for the section you are applying
for must also approve your account. We also ask that SEC's verify that
you applied for the accont via a phone call. You will receive your login
information in an email once your account is approved.

the form. To make this process secure a CaAres.Org staff member will
contact you to verify that you are applying for an account. You will receive
your login information in an email once your account is approved. If you are
taking over a section that already has a registered SEC, you must apply by
clicking the Transfer Position link on the left and filling out the
form. Upon approval your account will be transfered to an SEC account for the section
you applied for and you will receive a verification email with all your
information. The previous SEC will become a regular member for the county they
are primarily registered in.Served Agencies RegistrationTo register as a Served Agency, click the Served Agencies link on
the left and fill out the form. To make this process secure an EC / SEC for the
county or section you are applying for will contact you to verify that you are
applying for an account. You will receive your login information in an email
once your account is approved. If the Agency you are with already has an
account with us and you are taking it over, you must apply by
clicking the Transfer Position link on the left and filling out the
form. Upon approval your account will be transfered and the old account will be
deleted when this happens.
