Good Noon Placer County ARES.
Now we have a final Exam date set it will make it easier to work to that goal.
We need a solid commitment from all those who would like to jump at the chance to get on board with the now scheduled MCI Drill ( Mass Casualty Incident). Large scale, heavily integrated opportunities with served agencies don't happen often. ...strike while the iron is hot!
APRIL 22, 2010.
Call up should happen at about 7:00am : We are likely being put on the counties automated call-up system.
Preparation until approx 9:00 including ARES Resource Net. RNCS to be determined:(Resource NCS: this will be a home position with good propagation from Auburn to Roseville so stations with HT's can operate in the event we have a Repeater failure.)
Operators get into position.
3 shelters
3 hospitals (exercising Decontamination and Triage, 75 volunteer victims )
Multiple EMR and transportation agencies to relocate victims
2 county IC's
Red Cross support
a minimum of 18 operators in needed.
Elements of support will include:

Shelter H&W Digital
Estimated End 1:00 to 4:00 pm
